Apostle/Dr. Deborah J. Claxton
In the fall of 1968 a prophetic word came to Reverend and Mrs. Claxton through a man of God saying, “Make haste and establish a house of liberty; a house of refuge for God’s people; for there are many in this city in houses of bondage to pharaohs behind stain-glass windows”.

HERcalling by God...
Dr. Deborah J. Claxton is a third generation Christian and Baltimorean. She is one of sixteen children born to the late Bertram and Theresa Merritt. She received Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at the tender age of eleven.
Dr. Claxton is an alumna of Coppin State Teacher’s College and has an earned Master’s degree in education from Johns Hopkins University. She has received a Doctor of Law and Divinity Degrees from Christian International Bible College and School of Theology which was founded by Bishop Bill Hamon of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. She was also consecrated to stand with her husband in the office of the Apostle in the year 2000 by Apostle/Bishop Hamon.
For more than 25 years Dr. Claxton taught in the Baltimore City Public Schools at the elementary level. She has also taught parenting skills at the high school level and directed one of Baltimore City’s Parent-Infant Centers.
HERmission from God...
In 1985 Dr. Claxton began the Kinder-Rhema Day Care Center Program and later established the New Creation Christian Academy. Dr. Deborah is the Dean of the New Creation Christian School of Biblical Studies. She served with her husband as Pastor of the New Creation Christian Church for 23 years. Together they now have a global ministry and have taught and preached in Africa, Canada, Israel and many cities across the USA.
She is founder and President of WWAM-Women With a Mission (A support ministry for women in leadership). She is also president of “Women Alive”, Women’s annual conference of the End-Time Ministries of Christ International which is a fellowship of churches founded by Apostle Aaron B. Claxton. Dr. Deborah is the co-founder of the Deborah House located in Aba, West Africa- A Christian school of students Pre-K thru 8th grade.

He Has Run His Race & Finished His Course
Baltimore, MD - On Veterans Day, Chief Apostle Aaron Bobbie Claxton, the founder of New Creation Christian Church, Baltimore, MD and End-Time Ministries International, Inc., received his final orders. A General in the Army of the Lord Jesus Christ, he has peacefully transitioned to glory. He lived a life that epitomized the meaning of his name "Aaron" - lofty to be elevated in status.
As a pioneer in the gospel and one of Baltimore's gospel founding fathers, he has impacted the lives of many around the nation. He was a mentor in the Baltimore church community for over 60 years and also served in the U.S. Military. His legacy will live on for generations. He will forever be remembered as a prominent pillar in our communities and in our hearts.
